HAPPY NEW YEAR!
To a year of new beginnings, cleaner living, positive thoughts, and many friendly faces crossing our path. My resolution? To focusing in completing projects instead of abandoning them mid-stream to go on to something new. To being kinder to myself and remembering to put myself first a bit more often, instead of waiting to the end of the day when I have nothing left to give. Stop to smell the roses, take myself for a walk on the beach, enjoy the company of a friend, or just read a book. Be mindful of what I put in and on my body… but don’t stress, it too makes a difference.
