Detox--Week 2


Week 2--It’s about re-education or acquiring new habits. There is always the light at the end of the tunnel--my husband would say it’s a train! The big revelation of this week--when you are ready anything is possible. Some didn't make it but most of us are hanging in. We talked about what had changed in each one of us, our expectations, we shared the benefits we are beginning to experience and ate more raw foods. Today we had--Not Tuna Stacks, with mock tuna salad, red pepper pate, tomato slices, avocado slices, and sprouts--a side of cauliflower in mustard dill vinaigrette--key lime parfaits with coconut crust and topped with kiwi & lime wedges
