A native of Guatemala, and Mexico but cultivated in Southern Florida, the Philippines Cuba, Hawaii, and the Dominican Republic. A source of A, C, potassium, calcium, iron, about 130 calories, no cholesterol and 15 grams of fiber. Enjoy it in a shake, or as creamy pudding or by the spoolful!
